an AKC Limited registerable Great Pyrenees puppy to
, ______________________________________________________(Buyer and Owner).
This puppy can be identified as follows:

for the sum of $400.00. Any and all deposits will be applied to the purchase price and the balance is due either 5 days prior to airport delivery or cash payment upon personal pickup. Your pup will come to you with a guarantee of good health as confirmed by our veterinarians. Our veterinarian has done a complete health check of your pup for umbilical hernia, heart murmur, cleft palate, eyes, and a fecal exam. Buyer has three days after delivery of their pup to have puppy examined by their veterinarian to confirm good health for our health guarantee to be valid.
Seller also warrants that I have taken every measure to protect this breeding and litter from which this puppy came from hip dysplasia and other genetic disorders. Your pup's parents and grandparents have all been health checked. You may print from our site any health records and/or pedigrees that you would like to keep in your pup's records.
Your pup also comes to you with a Vaccination Booklet. This booklet contains all the shots and wormings that I’ve given to your pup with their dates and medicine descriptions. Buyer agrees to present this booklet to your vet at your first appointment, and to continue following a vet's schedule for your pup’s vaccinations, wormings, and heart worm treatments.
Lastly, your pup is registerable with a limited AKC registration. This means that your purebred pup is eligible to participate in many AKC competitions, but your puppy's offspring can not be registered with AKC. The Seller warrants that as soon as Buyer sends a vet's confirmation, using the pup's microchip number above, that puppy has been spayed/neutered, then Seller will send Buyer their AKC registration application for puppy.
Seller will provide Buyer a ziplock bag of Purina large breed puppy food when your puppy is delivered. The airline will affix it to the top of puppy’s carrier.
The following expenses will be borne by the Buyer if agreed by both Seller and Buyer at time of sale:
The cost of airline travel if necessary, the cost of the health certificate before travelling to the Buyer’s home, and the needed travel crate approved by the airline.
Buyer’s signature hereby certifies that they understand, agree, and accept all terms and conditions contained therein. This contract shall be binding on all successors, assigns, or owners of the purchased pup. In the event the Buyer can’t keep the pup for any reason, Seller has the first right of refusal to the pup. In the event Seller does not exercise such right, Buyer agrees to provide Seller with all pertinent information as to the new owner.
This contract shall be governed under the laws of the state of Georgia and any and all questions concerning its validity, interpretation, and/or any other issue whatsoever shall be heard in said state, county of Wilcox.
